You might be able to at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique which is in Magic Kingdom and at Downtown Disney - this is Disney WORLD in Orlando. I'm not sure if they do, because they have pre-arranged package deals. But that's the only place, and it would be probably pricier than you want.Can you get your hair braided in Disney?
