Okapi is terrible! I went there on two occassions and my hair fell out completely both times! I went years apart figuring that it is under new managment and it would be better, but the people were still as rude, taking shopping breaks from 1/12 hours to 2 hours while doing my hair.

i totally agree about okapi. We spend our hard earned money there faithfully and they treat us like3rd rate citizens, i also don't appreciate the long breaks, leaving , and talking about the customers in their language. We don't deserve that, i am scheduled to try tewnas and i hope that there ok
