I am new to Elmira, NY and I want to get my hair braided in micro braids. Does anybody out there know a reputable hair salon I can go to?Where can I get my hair braided in Elmira, NY?
Well, what I would do is look up in the phone book (if you have one and if you don't have one ask some friends and relatives if you could use one) Beauty Salons and call some of them and ask if they can do that!
