Is it advisable to Apply Gel before braiding relaxed hair???

I would say no. I don't use any gel in my hair anymore, it just makes your hair hard and flakey and makes it easy to break off. I would use a good setting lotion or styling mousse, just apply it while your hair is wet and style it, and you could tie a scarf around it while it dries to keep it flat Hope this helps!!
